These Terms apply to all users of the Platform globally, including users accessing the Platform from Pakistan and other jurisdictions. iuck33 is designed and operated as an English-language service specifically tailored for Pakistani users.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" — the registered user account created by an individual on the Platform.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, comprising Real Money and/or Bonus funds.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, free spin or other incentive granted by the Operator subject to specific terms.
• "Content" — all text, graphics, game assets, software, data feeds and other materials made available on the Platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer, the identity and age verification process required prior to processing withdrawals.
• "Platform" — the iuck33 website, associated mobile-optimised versions and any related services operated by the Operator.
• "Real Money" — funds deposited by a User from their own personal financial account, excluding Bonus funds.
• "User" — any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether registered or unregistered.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.

To register and maintain an Account on iuck33, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an Account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator/license jurisdiction applicable to your location;
• You must be acting as a private individual in your own name and on your own behalf — corporate or institutional account registration is not permitted;
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, or where the Operator is unable to offer services due to regulatory restrictions;
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, agent or family member of an employee of iuck33 or any associated technology provider;
• You must not have previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by iuck33 for a breach of these Terms;
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your location.

Each User may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary or multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or a different name, email address or device — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Registration Information

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information. You agree to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration details is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. iuck33 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify iuck33 immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.

4.3 One Account Per Household

Where multiple individuals sharing the same residential address, IP address or payment method each hold Accounts, iuck33 reserves the right to apply additional scrutiny to such Accounts. Bonus promotions may be limited to one Account per household at the Operator's discretion.

In accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations, iuck33 may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age, address and payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and/or withholding of pending withdrawals.

5.1 Documents That May Be Requested

• Government-issued photo identity document (e.g., valid CNIC, Passport or NICOP);
• Proof of residential address (e.g., recent utility bill or bank statement, not older than three months);
• Selfie or liveness verification photograph;
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account or bank statement).

5.2 Document Integrity

You must never submit altered, cropped, obscured or otherwise falsified documents. All documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's official HTTPS-secured verification portal. Submitting fraudulent KYC documentation is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law. Such conduct will result in permanent Account closure without payout.

Users may fund their iuck33 Account using payment methods made available in the cashier section of the Platform. Available methods, applicable minimum and maximum deposit limits, and any associated processing fees will be displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

6.1 Accepted Funds

Only funds that legitimately belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means may be deposited on iuck33. You confirm that all funds deposited are free from any connection to criminal activity, money laundering or terrorist financing.

6.2 Payment Reference Disclaimer

Payment methods commonly referenced for Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options such as BTC and USDT — are cited for contextual familiarity only. iuck33 does not assert that these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with this platform. Actual availability of any specific method depends on the Operator's current cashier configuration. Users must verify availability and each provider's own transaction terms before initiating a deposit.

6.3 Currency

Account balances and transactions may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR/Rs) or another currency as determined by the cashier configuration. Currency conversion fees may apply where the selected payment method operates in a different currency.

6.4 Deposit Limits

iuck33 offers voluntary deposit limit controls as part of its responsible gambling tools. Users are encouraged to set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits commensurate with their financial circumstances. Deposit limits can be configured from the Account settings.

Users may request a withdrawal of Real Money funds from their Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must have successfully completed applicable KYC verification;
• There must be no outstanding wagering requirements on the balance being withdrawn;
• The withdrawal request must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold specified in the cashier;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.

7.1 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the selected payment method, Account verification status and operational review periods. Estimated processing windows are indicated in the cashier and are subject to change. iuck33 is not responsible for additional delays caused by third-party payment providers.

7.2 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply. These limits are communicated in the cashier section and may vary based on the User's VIP tier and Account standing.

7.3 Right to Review

iuck33 reserves the right to conduct additional due-diligence checks before processing any withdrawal. In cases where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or money-laundering concerns are identified, iuck33 may suspend or withhold the withdrawal pending investigation.

iuck33 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions and loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the point of offer and form part of these Terms.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable multiplier, eligible game categories, contribution rates and expiry windows are specified in each promotion's dedicated terms page.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

iuck33 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms; and colluding with other Users to meet wagering requirements artificially. Any Account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated bonuses and derived winnings will be forfeited.

8.3 Promotion Modification

iuck33 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect promotions that have already been activated by a User in good faith prior to the modification.

The rules governing individual casino games, sports betting markets and other wagering products available on iuck33 are set by the respective technology providers and/or the Operator. Game rules are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

9.1 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, incorrect odds display, pricing error or other system error that leads to an incorrect outcome or settlement, iuck33 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Users. Winnings derived from manifest errors will not be honoured.

9.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all wagering products. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by game, event, market and Account standing.

9.3 Disputed Outcomes

Sports results are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, PSL organisers, FIFA). In cases of dispute, iuck33's decision — made after consultation with its data provider — shall be final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on iuck33 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC or any Platform interaction;
• Operating more than one Account, or allowing another person to operate your Account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading, collusion or any form of cheating;
• Laundering money or using the Platform for any purpose connected to financial crime;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling or attempting to extract source code from the Platform;
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, glitches or errors in the Platform's software or odds;
• Using VPN services or other technical means to mask your geographic location or circumvent Platform restrictions;
• Harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour directed at iuck33 staff or other Users;
• Any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or degrades the experience of other Users.

iuck33 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss Limits — cap the amount you can lose over a defined period;
• Session Time Limits — restrict how long you can play in a single session;
• Reality Checks — receive periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and amounts wagered;
• Self-Exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Modify, adapt or create derivative works from Platform Content;
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices;
• Use Platform Content for any commercial purpose whatsoever.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iuck33 and its officers, directors, employees and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill.

iuck33 does not guarantee that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party outages and connectivity issues outside of our control may affect Platform availability. We shall not be liable for losses attributable to such disruptions.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.

iuck33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A User is found to have breached any provision of these Terms;
• Regulatory, legal or compliance obligations require Account closure;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering or collusion is identified;
• A User has requested self-exclusion under the Platform's responsible gambling tools;
• A User has remained inactive for an extended period as defined in the Platform's dormant Account policy.

Where an Account is closed for compliance or fraud reasons, iuck33 may withhold funds pending investigation. In all other closure scenarios, funds will be returned to the User via their verified payment method following a standard processing review, net of any outstanding bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements.

Users may close their Account at any time by contacting support. Closing an Account does not exempt a User from obligations that accrued prior to closure.

iuck33 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, iuck33 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or an on-Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause is intended to, or shall, restrict any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence or to deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of local law. Pakistani users are advised to seek independent legal counsel regarding the enforceability of these Terms in Pakistan.
